- We accept refunds for defective item , wrong Item deliveries, incorrect descriptions or missing items.
Please have your order number available and provide a reason for your request in order to speed up your refund process. Your request will be reviewed within 2 days and we will notify you via email of the results.
Refund request are accepted up to 30 days from the date of placing the Order.

- With other cases, because item cannot be returned to the store , so you will not be able to refund or exchange them. But if you are not satisfied with any item , we will refund 50% of the item value.
Cancellations:
Allowed when the order has not been sent or has no tracking number.
